TRANSPORTING INGREDIENTS
The ingredients are carefully transported to our facility while ensuring freshness and quality.

MEASURING INGREDIENTS
We measure each ingredient accurately according to our recipe to ensure consistency and perfect taste.

MIXING THE INGREDIENTS
All measured ingredients are added to a commercial mixer and mixed to create a smooth dough.

DOUGH SHEETING
The dough is processed through a dough sheeter to achieve the perfect smooth thickness.

CUTTING THE DOUGH
The smooth dough is cut into small, even pieces ready for shaping.

SHAPING THE CHIN-CHIN
The dough pieces are fed into a shaping machine that shapes them into uniform chin-chin bites.

RESTING BEFORE FRYING
The shaped chin-chin is placed aside briefly to allow the dough to relax before frying.

HEATING THE OIL
Vegetable oil is added to a pot and heated to the ideal temperature for frying.

FRYING
The chin-chin bites are carefully fried until they turn golden brown and become crunchy.

DRAINING EXCESS OIL
The fried chin-chin is removed from the oil and placed in a drainer to remove excess oil.

COOLING DOWN
The chin-chin is spread on a clean surface and allowed to cool down completely.

PORTIONING
Once cooled, each batch is measured to ensure the exact 5 ounces portion for consistency.

PACKAGING
The chin-chin is packaged in our high-quality Maro Delights pouches to preserve its freshness and crunch.
